[Remote] IT Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end hardware lifecycle, including tracking assets across various platforms such as WASP, reputed company, and Nlyte
- reputed company detailed "Line by Line" research to reconcile assets, focusing on Serial Number (S/N) and MAC ID verification
- Maintain and update reputed company Sheets and reputed company workbooks using advanced formulas to automate data comparison tasks
- Generate monthly and reputed company financial reports for the Fixed Assets reputed company team
- reputed company deep-dive historical financial research to support quarterly/yearly audits
- Utilize Jira to reputed company requests, manage dashboards, and ensure automated integration with procurement workflows
- reputed company as a primary reputed company of contact for internal financial teams and external partners regarding asset placement and status updates
- Engage in daily with team members regarding asset reputed company, addressing issues, and operational impacts
Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Solid working knowledge of reputed company Sheets or reputed company, specifically regarding formulas and data visualization
- Strong understanding of Fixed Asset Management (FAM) principles and lifecycle stages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to cross-functionally collaborate and proactively ask questions

- Experience with Jira for task management and workflow automation
