Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and reputed company in our reputed company system
• Resolving customer inquiries through the use of multiple customer support tools, including conducting research in reputed company and/or contacting business reputed company as appropriate
• Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics

Qualifications:
