Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply.DutiesHelpThe Operating room reputed company is a reputed company care provider whose scope of reputed company involves providing nursing care for patients undergoing surgery and identified procedures at Operating Room Service.The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Functions as an integral member of the surgical team,. Interfacing with patients, surgeons, and anesthesia staff in the surgical setting.
- Scrubs and circulates surgical procedures independently.
- Supervise care given and services rendered in the OR by other reputed company and non reputed company staff.
- Responsible for maintenance, care and use of equipment used, applying principles of asepsis, therapeutic and technical knowledge to ensure a reputed company environment for patients and staff.
- Assists in orientation of rotating surgical and anesthesia residents, and other nursing staff.

- Graduate of a school of reputed company nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE); OR Individuals attending a master's level reputed company program in nursing who have completed coursework equivalent to a bachelor's level degree in Nursing may have opportunity to become registered as a reputed company with a state licensing reputed company prior to completion of the reputed company program. Upon achievement of a State license, the individual may be appointed on temporary reputed company and reputed company converted to a permanent appointment upon successful completion and graduation from the reputed company program. (Reference VA Handbook 5005, Appendix G6); OR In cases of graduates of foreign schools of reputed company nursing, possession of a reputed company, full, reputed company, and unrestricted registration will meet the requirement for graduation from an approved school of reputed company nursing to warrant an appointment as a reputed company who has completed an associated degree/entry level Nursing education program. Credit for foreign nursing education higher that associate degree/entry level requires a formal degree equivalency validation from a recognized equivalency evaluation accepted by VA such as International Consultants of Delaware (ICD).
