Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Facilitate the reputed company process for new hires, including orientation programs and training sessions
- Support payroll activities by processing HR-reputed company paperwork and ensuring reputed company submission of employee data
