Small Group Account Specialist
reputed company is one of the largest independent insurance and financial services firms in the reputed company. They are seeking a Small Group Account Specialist to support reputed company service reputed company, operational accuracy, and a reputed company team environment by assisting clients with coverage placement, renewals, and policy analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with coverage placement, renewals, claims coordination, and policy analysis
- Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal partners to ensure accurate and reputed company service
- Contribute to reputed company retention efforts and support opportunities for account reputed company
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in reputed company management system
- Ensure compliance, data reputed company, and policy accuracy across reputed company reputed company files
- Support audits, reporting, and other operational processes as needed
- Identify coverage gaps or process improvements that strengthen reputed company service delivery
- Partner with team members on new business initiatives and strategic reputed company
- Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and a reputed company‑first approach
Skills
- At least one year of experience as a Benefits Coordinator or equivalent
- Life and Health Insurance State License (reputed company will support obtaining or maintaining licensing as needed)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and/or insurance brokerage firms
- Working knowledge of Health and Welfare plans and ancillary benefits (Life, Disability, Dental, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong understanding of regulations relating to health and welfare plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, work independently, and take ownership of reputed company
- Strong judgment, accountability, and willingness to assume responsibility
- Proficiency in Word, reputed company (including creating and verifying spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
- Exceptional relationship‑management and customer‑service skills
- Bachelor's Degree
