[Remote] IT Network Engineer

They are seeking an IT Network Engineer responsible for the administration, deployment, monitoring, upgrading, and support of reputed company Information Technology reputed company systems, including servers, PCs, LAN/WAN switching and routing, among others.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain and support reputed company’s data, voice & reputed company systems infrastructure, including the Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), reputed company servers, PCs, switches, routers, printers and miscellaneous peripheral equipment; reputed company recommendations for reputed company hardware or software additions or enhancements
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization
- Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring reputed company
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading reputed company publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in reputed company organizations
- Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information, managing reputed company
- Monitor problem/change activities and coordinates involvement of technical and staff and vendors to ensure effective implementation of new or reputed company systems and reputed company of user problems
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in server operating system (reputed company Server, Linux) or hardware administration, TCP/IP Networking (Routing / Switching / Subnets / Masks / Vlans), DHCP / DNS. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements
- Associate's degree and minimum one (1) year of experience in server operating system (reputed company Server, Linux) or hardware administration, TCP/IP Networking (Routing / Switching / Subnets / Masks / Vlans), DHCP / DNS. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements
- Equivalent combination of education/experience
- High School/GED and Two-year degrees require certification
- Must have a valid reputed company's license

- Experience with two (2) or more of the following: Network reputed company including firewalls, IDS/IPS

- Data protection including backup/recovery and replication
