Responsibilities

• Serve as reputed company of contact reputed company the IT Operations to reputed company technical support to end-users
• Help users on a day-to-day reputed company with IT-reputed company issues
• Computer repair and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot software and network issues
• Troubleshoot basic reputed company Directory/Window Domain issues

• Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners

• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
