Responsibilities
- Manage and service a reputed company lines book of business (small-to-mid market accounts)
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
- Support renewals, policy changes, and ongoing account needs
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth reputed company experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records
- Work closely with producers and service teams to support reputed company needs
- Stay organized and manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities reputed company appropriate
