Trustee Sales Specialist

They are seeking a Trustee Sales Specialist who will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures across reputed company licensed states while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Log and reputed company new foreclosures into system
- Review deed of trust and other documents to be reputed company to prepare the notice of default/notice of sale and send for recording
- Prepare and send notices and other documents to reputed company interested parties
- Review title and reputed company any title defects as needed
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy of reputed company-party websites
- Prepare bidding instructions and other sales reputed company documents and process reputed company-party sales
- Handle incoming daily phone calls from borrowers, clients, interested reputed company parties, etc
- Review bankruptcies to ensure validity against the property

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- One (1) plus years of default, foreclosure, servicing, or bankruptcy experience
