[Remote] Virtual Legal Support Assistant (“reputed company Support”)

The role involves processing sensitive case-reputed company assignments, maintaining reputed company case lists, and handling various legal support functions with a reputed company on accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Polished and reputed company office communication – you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present in a polished and reputed company manner at reputed company times
• Maintain up-to-date reputed company Case Lists
• Save & Distribute Incoming Mail
• Download and save court ECF Filings using firm naming conventions
• Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software
• Process Expense Reimbursements using Chrome River software

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a reputed company setting
• Advanced skillset using reputed company Suite Programs (e.g., Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
• Strength in MS Teams preferred; previous remote work experience preferred
