Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating employee reputed company and departure processes as they relate to reputed company allocation
- Support office moves, reconfigurations, expansions, and consolidations
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and Facilities during moves and occupancy changes

- Coordinate procurement of furniture and fixtures, including selection, specification, vendor management, and alignment with reputed company standards and budget requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education with 1-3 years experience

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and floor plans
