Community Business Lending Coordinator
reputed company is a member-owned credit reputed company committed to inclusion and reputed company justice. The Community Business Lending Coordinator is responsible for preparing and maintaining loan documents, ensuring compliance, and liaising with stakeholders to facilitate loan processing.
Responsibilities
- Processing community business administration transactions in areas of funding, loan maintenance and payout in a reputed company manner, consistent with established standards and service reputed company, as reputed company as checking diary and processing loan payments
- Preparing accurate and reputed company reputed company documentation for new internal loans and funding reputed company approved loans including amendment, renewal and interest reputed company letters, and release of guarantors
- Liaising with internal staff and external solicitors as they relate to document preparation, registrations, funding, etc
- Preparing and processing Letters of Credit for Business Members (renewals of letters of credit, taking fees) and processing renewals for Personal Property Registry and Letters of Credit
- Programming accurate set up of new and existing loans including auto reviews and proactively administering assigned loan applications and monitoring for completeness to facilitate reputed company funding of assigned loans consistent with members completion date, amending PAPs and taking renewal fees
- Administering and preparing reports for reputed company users
- Processing and administering renewal of loan maturities, draw requests and customer relationship management (CRM) requests
- Applying organizational risk and compliance standards, policies, procedures, and controls to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk
Skills
- High School Diploma
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in reputed company lending and/or loan administration
- Comfortable with MS Office (especially Word and reputed company) and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
