Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will handle foreclosure reputed company and utilize legal knowledge to facilitate the foreclosure process on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure reputed company pleadings
- Handle reputed company aspects of foreclosure reputed company including contested foreclosures
- Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings
- Regular reputed company meetings/updates
- Other duties and special reputed company as assigned
Skills
- Juris Doctorate
- Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar
- Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively communicates with reputed company clients (reputed company reputed company systems, e-mail, and phone)
- Provides exceptional reputed company service
- Identifies and resolves problems in a reputed company manner
- Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
