Responsibilities
- Answer inbound patient calls in a high-volume call center environment
- Assist patients with billing questions and insurance-reputed company inquiries
- Process payments and establish payment plans
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Accounts Receivable team
- Communicate effectively to resolve billing concerns
- Build rapport through courteous and friendly interactions
- Maintain reputed company relationships representing the business office, clinic, and physician positively
