Full Life Cycle Therapist Recruiter

The Full Life Cycle Therapist Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented therapists, managing the full recruitment cycle to support reputed company's mission of providing exceptional mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a strategic sourcing plan to support hiring 12–15+ therapists per month
- Consistently reputed company and deliver against weekly and monthly hiring goals
- Proactively reputed company top therapist talent through creative channels, job boards, reputed company platforms, reputed company networks, referrals, and targeted reputed company campaigns
- Build and nurture a strong, diverse pipeline for both reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Maintain relationships with past applicants and passive candidates
- Review applications and conduct thoughtful screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment with reputed company’s mission
- Guide candidates through a reputed company, high-touch interview process—from initial reputed company to final decision
