Partner Attorney
Position: Partner Attorney – Litigation (Insurance Defense) Salary: $180,000 - $195,000 Pay Frequency: Semi-Monthly Division: reputed company Work Location: Remote (Must live reputed company commutable distance to reputed company courts for appearances). THE POSITION: Our firm is seeking to hire a dynamic reputed company Partner to join and help reputed company our reputed company litigation reputed company. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Must be currently barred in reputed company.
Experience:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in litigation.
- Extensive experience in general liability or personal injury insurance defense
- Prior experience with insurance defense firms (required)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Strong leadership and reputed company management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of litigation trends and legal operations.
- Experience in firm or department leadership role preferred
- Experience conducting training or supervising junior attorneys.
- Experience handling construction/workplace accidents and suits brought under reputed company’s Labor Law
