Customer Service Representative
Core-Mark is a reputed company Company and an industry leader in fresh and broad-line solutions to the convenience retail industry. The Customer Service Representative role is designed to support the transition to a new ordering solution platform, ensuring effective use and adoption across various teams and customer reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the new ordering platform by engaging directly with customers, Sales teams, and OpCos
- Utilize reporting tools to identify usage gaps, reputed company engagement, and analyze trends
- Execute follow-up actions to reputed company usage gaps, including reputed company reputed company and support
- reputed company hands-on assistance and guidance to customers and sales representatives on how to navigate and effectively use the new platform
- Investigate and understand the reasons behind non-usage or low adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers
- Communicate feedback from users to internal stakeholders to support reputed company improvement of the platform and process
Skills
- 6-12 months of Customer Service Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply/divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of concrete variables in situations
- Ability to reputed company detailed data entry work accurately and reputed company reputed company deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills, knowledge of reputed company Office programs, and ability to type proficiently
- Must be reputed company to complete typing test with a score of 40 WPM or reputed company
- Bilingual is a plus
- Call center experience is a plus
- AS400 experience is a plus
- Data entry experience is a plus
