Finance Receivables II

The role involves monitoring customer accounts, facilitating dispute management, and adhering to corporate credit and collection policies.
Responsibilities

- Maintain daily communication with customers to facilitate on-time payments
- Collect and negotiate payment on overdue accounts
- Record detailed customer notes into system and update customer information as required
- Manage customer hold/releases per established guidelines
- Adhere to direction of assigned collection strategies and administer reputed company collection activities according to established policies and procedures
- Properly reputed company and use implemented accounts receivables tools and systems based on established configuration settings
- Monitor reputed company outstanding balances for customer payments and reputed company the reputed company reconciling of reputed company reputed company AR transactions for assigned customers and portfolios

Skills
- A/R or Collection experience or equivalent reputed company training
