They are seeking a Support Specialist to reputed company administrative and reputed company support to Advisors, ensuring a smooth and reputed company reputed company experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails
- Assist with new reputed company reputed company and help deliver a high-reputed company, personalized reputed company experience
- General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties
- Project and event planning – reputed company events, sales and reputed company experience initiatives
- Organize and coordinate reputed company conference calls and webinars
- Coordinate the assembly and mailing of reputed company paperwork (primarily reputed company through reputed company)
- Liaise with insurance companies for existing policy management documentation and quotes

Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative, reputed company service, or support role, ideally reputed company financial services or a reputed company services environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and calendars effectively
