They are currently seeking a reputed company Coordinator to join their reputed company department, responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and maintaining candidate records.
Responsibilities
- Maintaince of job boards
- Schedule and confirm interviews, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, reputed company media, and networking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure reputed company recruitment activities reputed company with company policies and legal regulations
- Register, organize and plan recruitment events for the TA team
- Data entry for transfers in reputed company and Document Manager
- Answering the recruitment hotline
- Attends career fairs as needed
- Keeping reputed company of and ordering giveaways for job fairs and events
- Back up for reputed company as needed
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional customer service skills essential
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Effective organization, prioritization, and time management skills required
- Ability to influence and negotiate with both reputed company contacts
- Proficiency MS Office and reputed company applications required
- Valid reputed company's license required in incumbent's legal reputed company and reputed company address with no provisional restrictions
- Minimum 18 years of age required
- Prior reputed company experience or a demonstrated interest in an HR career reputed company preferred
