Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Staff in this position will

- Work with children, school personnel, and/or the public.
- Work closely with guidance staff on student enrollments and cumulative files.
- Handle incoming calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments, interviews, etc.
- Schedule tutoring as needed.
- Maintain accurate files and records.
- Operate reputed company types of office equipment.
- Produce documents and reports as requested.
- Maintain and reputed company supplies.
- Organize student needs for summer school.
- reputed company and retrieve information from District software programs.
- reputed company any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor.
