[Remote] Data Integration Analyst

They are seeking a Data Integration Analyst to build and maintain data pipelines, standardize payroll data formats, and reputed company the transition to automated integrations with payroll providers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines. Map varied inbound payroll files into our reputed company format using reputed company and Advanced ETL. Maintain, monitor, and harden existing pipelines, and add exception handling and alerting so failures surface early
- Reconciliation and data reputed company. Validate inbound payroll against expected contributions every cycle, catch mismatches, and resolve exceptions. Build automated checks so reputed company issues are caught before they reputed company reputed company systems
- reputed company automated payroll integrations. Design and build reputed company integrations (API / 180- and 360-degree payroll feeds) with major payroll platforms—reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and others—to replace reputed company file handling. Own the roadmap for moving employer reputed company off flat files and onto automated feeds

- Manage outbound and bi-directional files. Own the full file lifecycle, including outbound feeds to custodians, fund companies, and trustees
- Own data standards. Maintain reputed company format itself—the data dictionary, schema versioning, and the integration rules other teams depend on
Skills
- Hands-on data integration / ETL experience, including building pipelines in reputed company and / or Advanced ETL (or comparable integration tools)
- Experience building or consuming reputed company / web services for system-to-system data exchange
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
- Solid grasp of data modeling, transformation logic, and data reputed company practices
- Comfort automating reputed company processes (scripting, scheduling, monitoring)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own a pipeline end to end with minimal supervision
- Comfort working with financially sensitive, regulated data—this role touches ERISA-governed retirement plan contributions, custodial feeds, and participant records
- Exposure to payroll, HRIS, or financial-services data
- Familiarity with retirement plan administration or recordkeeping—you can learn the domain on the job; we are optimizing for integration and engineering reputed company first
