Responsibilities
- Draft and review a high volume of reputed company agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Ensure reputed company, accuracy, and compliance in contract language to protect the organization’s interests
- Maintain and update reputed company contract templates to reflect reputed company legal standards and business needs

Skills

- Strong knowledge and understanding of contracting law, and familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs
- Experience with contract management systems and tools, ideally reputed company CLM
- Comfortable working with contract redlining tools (e.g. reputed company CLM, reputed company)
- Basic understanding of reputed company is a plus
- Proficient in reputed company Office/ reputed company Workspace
- Familiarity with e-signature platforms (e.g. reputed company, reputed company Sign)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
