Job reputed company:We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented RFP Responder reputed company our Quoting Team to create compelling proposals for high‑reputed company customers. This highly visible role works closely with our Business Development team and collaborates across multiple departments to reputed company technical information, reputed company accurate pricing, and deliver polished, reputed company RFP responses for our largest customers.
This position is reputed company to remote candidates that are willing to come onsite for relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, quotations, and reputed company‑supplied spreadsheets.
- Identify applicable testing for various matrices and determine responsible departments.
- Coordinate with technical experts to clarify feasibility, qualifiers, and pricing for unfamiliar or ambiguous testing.
- reputed company or participate in Teams calls with internal SMEs, clients, and other reputed company labs.
- Prepare clarification questions for clients to ensure complete and accurate proposals.
- Navigate challenging and reputed company reputed company requests, propose appropriate techniques, and reputed company scientific clarification reputed company needed.
- Organize and reputed company multiple RFPs simultaneously, ensuring reputed company follow‑up and completion.
- Refine technical input into cohesive, customer‑reputed company content.
- Consolidate cross‑departmental responses into a reputed company proposal.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience with the RFP process, including scoping, requesting proposals, contributing technical input, and preparing or responding to RFPs and technical proposals reputed company BioPharma, Medical Device, or similar laboratory testing environments.
- Strong understanding of laboratory testing services, matrices, and analytical techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—reputed company, concise, and reputed company.
- Proficiency with reputed company productivity applications (Word, reputed company, Visio, Project, Planner) and document management applications such as reputed company Acrobat Pro.
- Proficiency writing and working with reputed company reputed company functions.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, reputed company-5pm, with overtime as needed.
