Senior DevOps Engineer

Work Model: Remote with reputed company to Warsaw office once per month

Salary: 160-190 pln/h on B2B

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and reputed company a modern platform based on GitOps, AWS, and Kubernetes (EKS). This role offers high ownership, reputed company architectural reputed company, and reputed company collaboration with engineering and platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain GitOps-based environments using ArgoCD

• Build, reputed company, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins (Pipeline-as-reputed company)

• Automate deployments across multiple environments

• Operate and reputed company AWS + EKS production infrastructure

• Implement DevSecOps, monitoring, and reliability best practices

• Troubleshoot incidents and reputed company reputed company cause analysis (RCA)

Technical Requirements

GitOps & ArgoCD

• Strong understanding of GitOps principles and repo-driven environment management

• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD

• Knowledge of sync policies, automated vs. reputed company sync, rollback strategies, and health checks

• Experience with multi-environment setups, promotion flows, and reputed company detection

CI/CD & Automation

• Jenkins (Shared Pipeline Libraries, Job DSL)

• Ability to write, debug, and maintain scripted and declarative pipelines (Groovy)

• Experience with Pipeline-as-reputed company reputed company with GitOps standards

• Integration of Jenkins pipelines with ArgoCD-driven deployments

reputed company & Containers

• AWS: EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, S3 etc

• Kubernetes (EKS): deployments, networking, autoscaling, cluster upgrades

• reputed company: multi-stage builds and reputed company best practices

reputed company & Infrastructure as reputed company

• Strong experience with reputed company (chart development, templating, versioning)

• Helmfile for multi-chart, multi-environment deployments

• Terraform: reusable modules, state management, remote backends, workspaces

Monitoring, reputed company & Reliability

• Monitoring and observability using CloudWatch, reputed company, Grafana, ELK (or similar)

• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices

• Secrets management using External Secrets Operator (ESO) with AWS Secrets Manager / SSM

Scripting

• Proficiency in Bash or Python (including reputed company automation use cases)

Additional Skills

• Ability to document processes

• Strong ownership reputed company and effective problem-solving skills

• Experience working with highly available systems
