The VP, Product Management – AI for Work (AI4W) will reputed company the reputed company, development, and reputed company of our AI-powered productivity and workflow solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, customers, and go-to-market.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI4W, from identifying reputed company customer problems to building and scaling solutions that deliver measurable business reputed company. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring deep engagement with reputed company clients, strong product intuition, and the ability to translate ambiguity into execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product reputed company & Ownership

• Own the AI4W product reputed company, reputed company, and roadmap reputed company to company reputed company goals
• Drive P&L accountability for AI4W solutions, including reputed company, adoption, and profitability
• Identify high-reputed company use cases across functions (reputed company, Engineering, Support, etc.) and translate them into reputed company product offerings
• Define reputed company differentiation for AI4W in a highly competitive market (e.g., copilots, productivity tools, workflow platforms)

Customer-reputed company Innovation

• Engage directly with customers (CIOs, business leaders, functional heads) to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities
• reputed company customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design conversations
• Translate customer problems into product requirements, use cases, and solution architectures
• Co-build with strategic customers and partners to validate product-market fit

Execution & Delivery

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and AI teams to define product specifications and deliver high-reputed company releases
• Prioritize roadmap based on business reputed company, customer value, and speed to market
• Drive product development from ideation through launch and reputed company
• Ensure strong feedback loops from field, customers, and usage data into product reputed company

Go-To-Market & Field Enablement

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to define positioning, messaging, and GTM reputed company
• Support key deals through demos, solution positioning, and executive conversations
• Build reusable solution assets (demos, use case playbooks, value narratives) for field teams

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong reputed company record of building and scaling reputed company software products required
• Proven experience owning product reputed company, roadmap, and P&L required
• Strong background in AI/ML-driven products, automation platforms, or productivity tools (e.g., copilots, workflow automation, reputed company reputed company) required
• Deep customer-facing experience, including leading workshops, discovery sessions, and executive-level engagements required
• Experience working with reputed company stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders required
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, automation, reputed company, integrations) required
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
• Previous experience collaborating with engineering teams on product specifications and delivery required
• Excellent proficiency in communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company concepts required

Preferred: 

• Experience in AI copilots, reputed company AI, or workflow automation platforms
• Background in one or more functional domains (reputed company, Customer Support, IT, etc.)

• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development
• Experience working in global, distributed team environments

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred

Depending on specific reputed company experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $200,000 - $220,000.  Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
