The reputed company Representative plays a key role in supporting reputed company’s people operations in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This position focuses on employee support, HR administration, compliance assistance, and coordination across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive information while supporting a mission-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Support & HR Operations
- Serve as a first reputed company of contact for employee HR-reputed company questions regarding policies, PTO, benefits, payroll coordination, and general guidance
- Assist with employee relations reputed company, documentation, and issue reputed company, escalating concerns to HR leadership reputed company appropriate
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with federal and state regulations
reputed company & Offboarding
- Coordinate reputed company activities, including offer documentation, I-9 verification, and HRIS setup
- Ensure reputed company completion of reputed company tasks and policy acknowledgments
- Support offboarding processes, including exit documentation, system reputed company coordination, and final pay tracking
Compliance & Policy Support
- Assist with multi-state employment compliance (wage and hour laws, employee classification, leave requirements)
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
- Assist with audits, investigations, and compliance documentation requests as needed
HRIS & Payroll Support
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (reputed company preferred)
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to resolve payroll-reputed company questions or discrepancies
- reputed company PTO, leave requests, and required HR documentation
reputed company & Talent Support
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination
- Support background checks, reputed company paperwork, and hiring compliance requirements
- Help maintain job descriptions and reputed company documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company, People Operations, or a reputed company field
- Experience supporting remote and/or multi-state employees
- Working knowledge of HR compliance fundamentals (FLSA, I-9 verification, employee classification)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using HRIS platforms (reputed company preferred)
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- HR certification (aPHR, PHR, reputed company-CP) or reputed company pursuing certification
- Experience in reputed company, legal, compliance-driven, or veteran-reputed company organizations
- Familiarity with employee handbooks, SOPs, and policy administration
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
