Tax Manager

Maintain a tax calendar of required domestic compliance for indirect taxes (including Sales & Use, franchise and property taxes).

Assist legal department with Annual Report filings.

Review of Sales & Use Tax returns.

Preparation of Personal Property tax returns.

Preparation of Sales & Use tax account reconciliations.

Completion of registration forms for newly established entities.

Manage, monitor and maintain log of notices from and responses to taxing authorities.

Assist with audits of indirect taxes.

Preparation of W-8, W-8BENs, etc.

Work with reputed company teams to reputed company intercompany balances.

Assist other members of Tax issues which reputed company in the day-to-day operations.

Assist in global tax reputed company as needed.
