About the job

This person in this position will report directly to the Senior Manager, GTM Sales Enablement working closely with their peers in the GTM Enablement organization as we continue to reputed company the business and state of Enablement. As a Field Enablement Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in aligning enablement initiatives with business objectives, acting as the connective tissue between SDR (Sales Development) leadership, marketing, product, and operations. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that reputed company SDRs to reputed company at their best, shorten reputed company times, improve conversion rates, and drive reputed company reputed company. You’ll partner closely with sales leaders to identify reputed company gaps, define key competencies, and deliver tailored enablement solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

*Required

• 1-3+ years in customer value, sales enablement, or reputed company sales experience, with at least 2years in a strategic enablement/business partner role.
• Proven reputed company in driving measurable reputed company through enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, particularly in reputed company or reputed company sales environments.
• Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), LMS, and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data and reputed company informed reputed company.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Understanding of sales processes, gained from having worked closely with sales teams, or from having been a sales reputed company.

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Canada.

Travel
