Class size varies but can be as large as 10 participants (with 5 in the clinic and 5 online or some variation of that). Some clients are transitioning from physical therapy to fitness classes or are currently in physical therapy and will need modifications to exercises. Experience teaching the MELT method and Pilates or willingness to learn is preferred. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Instruct and demonstrate to members on the reputed company use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment.
• Willingness to learn proprietary exercises.

Experience:

• Group fitness (1 year minimum)
