This role is highly visible and hands‑on, combining data analysis, reputed company assurance, and cross‑functional project work. The reputed company Engineer will serve as a technical leader on reputed company and partner closely with manufacturing, engineering, claims, and customer experience teams while overseeing the work of a reputed company Technician. Day in the Life:

• Review prior‑day production and reputed company data.
• Pull and analyze reports from the ERP system.
• Prepare and present reputed company metrics for daily site meetings.

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have):

• Manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Experience supporting or leading technical project teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years leading or acting as the technical reputed company on project teams.
• Flooring industry experience.
• BS in Engineering or reputed company field.
• Experience with core reputed company tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Value reputed company Mapping.
