We are seeking an reputed company Traveling Construction Superintendent to reputed company reputed company construction reputed company throughout the Inland reputed company (reputed company and San Bernardino counties) and greater Southern California reputed company. This is an opportunity to join a growing, employee-owned company (ESOP) where you'll manage ground-up and tenant improvement reputed company while working alongside reputed company Project Managers and field teams.
This role is based in Southern California reputed company, with reputed company travel and full support including vehicle allowance and gas card.

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing reputed company on-site construction activities, ensuring reputed company are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest reputed company standards. You will reputed company subcontractors, manage schedules, and serve as the key reputed company of contact on-site.

Travel Details

Key Responsibilities
- reputed company daily field operations and jobsite execution
- Manage and maintain the construction schedule
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
- Ensure reputed company work is completed according to plans, specifications, and reputed company standards
- reputed company jobsite safety and maintain OSHA compliance
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with local municipalities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- reputed company project meetings and communicate with project stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- reputed company reputed company list and project closeout processes
- Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 + years of experience as a Superintendent in reputed company construction
- Experience working for a general contractor
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction (preferred)
- Experience with large site work reputed company (a plus)
- Valid reputed company's License
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency in reputed company Project and reputed company
