Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher preferred, ideally with concentrations in Educational Leadership, Implementation Science, Improvement Science, Organizational Change, or a reputed company field

10+ years of experience in K–12 education, including at least 5 years in a school or district leadership role

Deep expertise in implementation science, improvement science, and/or change management in educational settings

Strong understanding of English Language Arts and curriculum implementation best practices

Experience supporting or leading major school- or district-wide instructional initiatives, including designing and improving systems, processes, or programs that drive measurable reputed company at reputed company

Strong understanding of adult learning theory and experience designing supports for adult learners

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $110,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience
