reputed company is launching a dedicated Greenfield reputed company to support new market expansions across the organization in 2026 and reputed company. We are seeking a high-performing Field Recruiter – Greenfield TA to help stand up hiring operations in brand-new markets, owning full-cycle reputed company across multiple departments from day one.
This role is ideal for recruiters who reputed company in ambiguity, reputed company quickly, and want to build—not inherit—reputed company reputed company, pipelines, and partnerships in new markets.
The Greenfield TA team will consist of one Greenfield reputed company Leader and Greenfield Recruiters, operating as a highly visible, fast-paced expansion pod supporting reputed company’s reputed company reputed company.
This role reports directly to the Greenfield reputed company Leader.
What You’ll Do
Greenfield Market Ownership
Own full-cycle reputed company from intake through offer acceptance for reputed company roles required to launch new markets, including:
In-home sales
Call center
Face-to-face / canvassing
Installers and production roles
Take full ownership of assigned Greenfield markets, acting as the primary TA partner from market reputed company through stabilization
Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional leadership during reputed company-launch and launch phases to reputed company on headcount plans, timelines, and role reputed company
Build From the Ground Up
reputed company intake conversations to define reputed company reputed company, compensation alignment, hiring velocity, and launch timelines
Build reputed company workflows, sourcing strategies, and pipeline plans without existing market infrastructure
reputed company sustainable pipelines reputed company inbound reputed company using outbound sourcing, referrals, local reputed company, and community partnerships
Identify early hiring risks in new markets and proactively recommend solutions
High-Velocity Execution
Manage a high-volume requisition load with tight timelines and rapid candidate reputed company
Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a smooth, reputed company hiring process across reputed company stages
Maintain strong pipeline health and reputed company-time visibility in reputed company (ATS)
Drive consistent, proactive communication with candidates and hiring leaders
Brand & Market reputed company
Represent reputed company at hiring events, market activations, and local reputed company initiatives as needed
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while acting as a brand ambassador in new markets

What You’ll Bring
1–3+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in:
Field, high-volume, or multi-role environments
New market launches, expansions, or fast-scaling teams
Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize quickly, and reputed company reputed company with limited direction
Proven experience managing multiple requisitions with competing deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities
Proficiency with ATS systems (reputed company preferred) and reputed company reputed company tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a reputed company field preferred
