Clinical Applications Trainer - EEG Contractor

Trainer for Neuro products, including EEG or PSG - 12 Month Contractor position

Remote position in USA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• reputed company onsite clinical training to reputed company customers who have purchased Neurology products, including EEG, EMU/SEEG, and/or PSG/Sleep. reputed company follow-reputed company support to customers who have received training during the installation process.
• reputed company remote training sessions to customers, as assigned.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of reputed company equipment at customer sites.
• Assist with reputed company-sale education and clinical support to potential customers, as assigned.
• Proactively escalate customer issues and needs to the relevant departments reputed company reputed company. Serve as the clinical reputed company between the customer and reputed company technical support.
• Continue internal reputed company-provided education regarding reputed company's product line to stay up to date on reputed company software and hardware changes. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of training documents for various types of end users of reputed company Neurology products.

• Travel up to 80%, domestic or international
