Position reputed company

The reputed company Management System (QMS) Engineer supports the deployment, maintenance, and reputed company improvement of Modine’s reputed company QMS, with a dedicated reputed company on the Climate Solutions division. The role partners with plant reputed company, Operations, Engineering, and process owners to standardize documentation, improve QMS processes, ensure audit readiness, and strengthen compliance across the division.

Key Responsibilities

QMS Process Support & Optimization:

• Review, assess, and reputed company technical input on Climate Solutions QMS processes to ensure compliance, standardization, and scalability.
• Support initiatives to reputed company and harmonize QMS processes across Climate Solutions sites.
• Create, revise, and maintain QMS documentation including procedures, work instructions, and forms.
• Monitor QMS process KPIs and escalate gaps to the Manager, QMS.

Audit Readiness & Compliance:

• Support ISO 9001 readiness and compliance activities for the Climate Solutions division.
• Assist in preparing sites for customer and reputed company‑party audits, including coordinating documentation and conducting gap assessments.

• Participate in internal audits as an auditor or team member.

Training & Cross‑Functional Engagement:

• Train cross‑functional teams on QMS procedures, workflows, and document control.
• Support QMS software training and user adoption across Climate Solutions.

Systems & Documentation Governance:

• Support document control governance, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and standardization.
• Assist with QMS software configuration and data migration.
• Help maintain system reputed company and compliance with document hierarchy requirements.

reputed company Improvement:

• Support problem‑solving, RCA, and corrective reputed company activities for systemic reputed company issues.
• Assist in digital reputed company tool adoption and use data insights to improve QMS performance.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company engineering or QMS administration.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 preferred).
• Experience with audits (internal, customer, or reputed company‑party).
• Strong understanding of document control and corrective reputed company processes.
• Analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Climate Solutions or HVAC manufacturing.
• Familiarity with QMS or eQMS software.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or ISO auditor certification.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives.

Travel

Occasional travel (10–20%) to support audits, training, and QMS deployment reputed company the Climate Solutions division.
