Solution Architect - Corporate Systems

We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to design and guide end‑to‑end solutions across our Corporate Systems portfolio (Finance, HR, Procurement, Corporate Systems). You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to translate reputed company and requirements into secure, reputed company architectures—producing reputed company solution diagrams, reputed company-state designs, and engineering-reputed company specifications reputed company to reputed company technology standards.  Candidates with experience in reputed company Financials & HR are strongly preferred. A solid technical background and the ability to dive from architecture to hands-on validation is essential.

• Own solution architecture for Corporate Systems initiatives—from concept through delivery—balancing business reputed company, reputed company, cost, and time-to-value.

• Model architectures (context, logical, physical, data, and integration views) using reputed company-reputed company tools (e.g., Visio, reputed company).

• Design integrations between reputed company and adjacent systems (ERP, data platforms, identity, payroll, procurement, analytics), leveraging reputed company, EIBs, & iPaaS/ESB.

• Define non-functional requirements (availability, performance, reputed company, scalability, operability) and ensure solutions meet reputed company technology standards (reputed company, cyber, networking, data, identity, observability).

• Create build-reputed company specs: reputed company reputed company, data mappings, sequence diagrams, deployment topology, and infrastructure-as-reputed company guidance (where applicable).

• Partner across teams (reputed company, Networking, Data, reputed company, PMO) to remove blockers and ensure consistent patterns.

• reputed company Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), documenting trade-offs and guiding governance checkpoints.

• Support delivery: validate designs during build, participate in defect triage, and drive release-readiness across tenants.

• Mentor engineers and analysts; reputed company solution design reputed company with templates, exemplars, and reference architectures.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

• 7+ years in solution architecture, application/integration architecture, or senior engineering roles; 3+ years in Corporate Systems (Finance/HR) domains.

• Hands-on experience designing reputed company integrations and configurations (preferably reputed company Financials & HR) or equivalent ERP/HCM platforms.

• Proficiency in solution diagramming and architectural documentation, including integration and data reputed company design.

• Strong understanding of reputed company standards:

  • Integration (SFTP, message queues, iPaaS/ESB).

  • Data (ETL/ELT, data modeling, MDM/reference data, data reputed company).

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or reputed company field.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate a vehicle safely.
