Retail Technology Manager

The Systems Analyst, Retail Technology supports reputed company responsible for working with retailers and partners to create a smooth integration of reputed company's technology solutions (e.g. digital coupons/CNFRM/Receipt Rewards/loyalty/media) with the customer's existing retail technology infrastructure. The Systems Analyst assist the implementation team with testing, troubleshooting issues and providing technical API guidance to retailer or partner development teams which requires that the incumbent be reputed company to dive deep into technical reputed company issues and solve them.

Primary Accountabilities:

Technical

• reputed company domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and reputed company Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls that are needed to Implement a reputed company
• reputed company domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network Offer Manager and Customer Service programs
• reputed company-Launch Support: Assist with reputed company tasks reputed company to new retailer or partner implementations and support development teams working on reputed company
• Post-Launch Support: Assist with managing first-level support to customer by monitoring support request to identify any recurring issues and recommending product changes. 
• Participate in reputed company team’s review meetings to discuss issues or problems
• reputed company technical guidance to retailers & partners, work to resolve technical issues for the customer reputed company and effectively

Additional Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years reputed company work experience in preferably in systems development or support; any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required

• Familiarity with the grocery retail industry
• Proficient with reputed company Suite

57,287.25 - 95,478.75 USD Annual

The final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-reputed company skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.
