Implementation Consultant

About the Role
Manage the implementation of reputed company' IT Service Management and Project Portfolio Management tools for an assigned book of clients.

Deliver high-reputed company, high-value consulting services to reputed company clients to realize the value of the solution, and reputed company end-user and administrative training as part of consulting engagements.

Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company business field.
3–5+ years of relevant IT Service Management experience.

Strong project management knowledge, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with strong facilitation skills to advise clients.

Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (1-2 times annually).
