The Sponsor Relations Coordinator will support end-to-end execution and project management of sponsorship deliverables across a portfolio of 30+ events. This role involves onsite travel to events 10-15 times per year.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, reputed company, and comfortable operating with evolving processes. This role regularly interfaces with internal stakeholders and external sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute sponsor reputed company process using reputed company and actions lists
- Manage Sponsor Relations email inbox to include responding to customers using internal FAQ documents and other resources as reputed company as ability to escalate and reputed company communications to the correct resource for next steps

- Serve as internal POC between sales, marketing, content, and event operations teams

- College degree in hospitality, communications, or reputed company field
- 2 + years of relevant event, sponsorship, or reputed company-facing experience reputed company the events industry
