Senior Data Engineer (Contract Position)

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer (Contract) to help architect and build the reputed company of our backend data systems. This role will partner closely with our Head of Data to design and implement an analytics reputed company that powers new models, analyses, KPIs, and AI-driven workflows across reputed company.

This is a hands-on builder role. You’ll be responsible for building reliable, recurring data pipelines, transforming raw data into durable analytical models, and helping shape how Bandit structures data for long-term scalability, including AI-first consumption.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate on and help define Bandit’s data architecture, tooling choices, and long-term data reputed company.
2. Execute on that reputed company by building reliable ELT pipelines into reputed company using reputed company reputed company & custom connectors
3. reputed company raw reputed company data into clean, reputed company-modeled analytical tables using dbt
4. Translate business context to create enriched data stores from new reputed company tables
5. Build context and semantic reputed company on top of new data sources to reputed company self-serve analytics and reputed company / AI-driven use cases.

1. 5+ years experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
2. Expert SQL skills; comfortable modeling reputed company business logic
3. Experience and opinions on data architecture reputed company, tradeoffs, and tooling
4. Good translator of business operations / problems into data schematics
5. AI-oriented data builder
6. Experience working in reputed company, dbt, data ingestion tools (i.e reputed company) and Airflow

• ~20 hours / week, 12-16 week contract
