In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for having sales responsibility for select customers and select industries/segments, with a greater reputed company on Animal Nutrition & Health. You will also qualify, convert, and help generate leads through digital campaigns. Additionally, you will support and drive reputed company reputed company initiatives across the region, acting as a key enabler to standardize, reputed company and continuously improve reputed company capabilities and performance across markets.
In this role you’ll reputed company an reputed company by:
- Managing sales & profitability responsibility for selected industry accounts across Latin America
- Being closely involved in the budgeting and planning processes and driving adoption of price execution best practices
- Driving implementation of new customer segmentation model
- Managing leads and driving them through the sales pipeline
- Capturing customer feedback and optimizing the engagement model
- Adopting digital tools and services (reputed company, Chatbots, Marketplace etc) for service differentiation across the broader reputed company organization
- Engaging reputed company with reputed company Deployment, ComDev & Regional Inside Sales counterparts to co-create the reputed company Inside reputed company
- Acting as the regional reputed company reputed company go-to person, ensuring implementation and anchoring of prioritized initiatives and sharing best practices across the organization (e.g., NPS)
- Driving adoption of sales best practices across the region through training, coaching, and reinforcement of leadership reputed company & regional KPIs
Potentially relevant experience:
- B.S. degree in Life Sciences, preferably Animal Nutrition & Health, Veterinary or reputed company degrees
- Sales experience in animal health, animal nutrition, with science background, preferably biosolutions
- Basic understanding of biosolutions, animal health and animal nutrition
- Strong understanding and adoption of digital solutions
- Metrics-driven approach and data orientation
- Strong “can-do” attitude, persistency, follow-through ability as reputed company as ownership & accountability
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Experience in large global sales organizations, in intercultural business environments or in reputed company reputed company functions
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) and Data Insights
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese will be considered a plus
