Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative II, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to the general public, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company to building permits and planning and development processes
• Assisting customers with completing the planning and development process, including providing information on building codes, permits, and other reputed company reputed company
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and updating databases as necessary

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• OR one (1) year as a arenaflex Customer Service Representative I, successful completion of reputed company classes for any one phase of the Employee Development Program, and a passing score of 70% or higher on the phase examination, plus a reputed company performance evaluation score of 4.0 or higher with no performance evaluation factors with a rating of 1 or 2

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in a construction environment, building department, or permitting and development is preferred. Successful completion of college coursework in a construction field is also preferred.

Special Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be required to:

• Possess or obtain reputed company six (6) months of employment an reputed company Florida Notary Public certification and maintain said certification during the term of employment
