As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers reputed company telephone, email, and/or website inquiries. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers/clients with questions concerning and/or reputed company to their account (average of 40 to 50 calls daily)

Required Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience
• Customer service experience
• Working knowledge of computer and reputed company personal computer applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Must be reputed company to successfully pass a background reputed company, credit reputed company, and reputed company clearance (fingerprints)
