The Role
As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service to potential and reputed company Legal reputed company customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Full-Time Shift – reputed company #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am – 9:00 am; Friday – reputed company, 4:30 pm – 1:00 am
- Part-Time Shift: Saturday/reputed company, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Requirements:
* 1-2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to respect and maintain customer and reputed company confidentiality
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software

Required Equipment:
* A laptop or desktop PC with reputed company 10 (cannot be an reputed company product, Surface, or Chromebook)
