As a Remote Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our guests through live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You'll also be responsible for:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed
