ABA Scheduling Coordinator

• Coordinate schedules for ABA therapists, clients, and team members through phone, email, and reputed company Chat.
• reputed company outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule sessions, and manage last-minute changes.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records by entering and updating appointment, availability, and reputed company information.
• Manage multiple communication channels while prioritizing tasks to reputed company scheduling operations running smoothly.
• Build and maintain reputed company relationships with therapists and clients through reputed company and friendly communication.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Comfortable making outbound calls, including cold calling and follow-up calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for email and reputed company Chat.
• Previous experience in phone communication, scheduling, or data entry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and reputed company Workspace, including Gmail, reputed company Calendar, and reputed company Chat.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail reputed company managing multiple schedules and updates.
• Ability to stay reputed company and organized in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work reputed company with others.
• Availability between 10:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. PST.
