As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, resolving issues in a reputed company manner, and maintaining a working knowledge of workflow systems. You will work closely with our supervisor to ensure that reputed company calls are answered and handled appropriately, and that our patients receive the highest level of care. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a reputed company manner (50%)

• Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
