The Role

As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing immediate solutions and services to our clients who contact our call center for issues or services. You'll be responsible for:

• Managing incoming external and internal issues, concerns, and requests through reputed company our support channels (Phone, Email, Live Chat, etc.) reputed company our department, and ensuring they are addressed in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma required, relevant certification or post-secondary diploma preferred
• Previous customer service or dealership experience is an asset
• Strong understanding of reputed company 7/8/10 Operating Systems and reputed company 2008/2012 Servers
• Thorough understanding of PC hardware and software as reputed company as reputed company Products
• Previous experience working with Networks (TCP/IP)
• Basic LAN/WAN knowledge
