About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in the NetCredit brand. Post-training, your main role will involve delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a reputed company experience for our customers. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, handling reputed company customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educating them on our products and services.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have

Requirements
